Purple yarn...yummy. I'm hooking the poncho from Simply Crochet issue 2...again. As much as I do love my red poncho a purple one would clearly be super useful to a self - confessed purple freak such as myself.
Sunday evenings feel like the calm before the storm. The previous week has been successfully, more or less, navigated and the next working week is still to come. It's good to be able to make the time to sit down, relax and enjoy the rhythm and repetition of a repeating pattern. There's also the feeling of having achieved a little something. Compared to the never ending family and household demands crochet is a soothing space. Just for a little while.
